  I went in to Davids Bridal a few weeks ago in search of a wedding gown. I had previously already purchased one from elsewhere but felt like I didn't get to see all my options. I understand I went in at a later time, 7:30. Still though I had and hour and a half to look. Plenty of time. I had booked my appointment a week before so they knew I was coming. The associate who helped me was very unpleasant. She seemed annoyed at the fact I was not sure anymore of what I wanted. I narrowed down my choices. To a style I liked and she did not want to offer very much help or continue to help me. I had been asking several questions for alteration and both the associate and manager kept telling me that their seamstress cant do it I'll have to go somewhere else. Around 8:30 they were trying to push me out the door. I still had 30 minutes to continue to look. Instead they wanted to focus on all the closing duties instead of the bride to be. I did find a dress I loved that night. I asked to put it back on and maybe try some in the style similar to it. I slipped it back on and the associated made the comment "I've sold this dress hundreds of times its really popular and it looks good on everyone". I was really turned off by that. It made me feel like I wasn't special and just another customer to them. I set up a return appointment at 8:30 since they made me change into my clothes and not try anymore dresses on. I cancelled the come back appointment following after thinking I didn't want a dress everyone has. Their selection of dresses are stunning, but the associates are not.
