  Awful experience and I will never ask for plumbing/heating assistance from this company again. Asked for services on two minor things (oven/water heater) and the guy working on our pipe for the back of the oven ended up cracking a main water pipe that went throughout my entire house! Now my shower doesn't work properly and to top it off, he left a HUGE HOLE IN MY CEILING. He turned a 2 hour job into an 8 hr job and expects us to pay for the extra work that he caused. He left water all over the basement from the pipe spraying that he cracked, dirty footprints all over my basement from his boots, he left the air ducts off so we haven't been able to use AC for almost a week now & a huge hole in my CEILING! Then he wanted to set us up with a guy to pay for the air ducts to get welled back on? Absolutely unacceptable. Thank god I took pictures of everything after he just left without even saying he was "done" with his work. I posted a picture of the hole that was left in the ceiling, just check the photos section.

  I took 2 full morning off work to meet them at my home. Both mornings no show. I call them and they say sorry something came up. I am pretty understanding but 2 time in one week and they don't even call you to tell you they are not going to make it. Very disappointed and very bad business.

  Terry did an amazing job! We had 4 things needing done and he did them all proficiently and in a very timely manner. Just around 2 hours for all that. He was also extremely friendly to my kids and our 5 month old great Dane.
