  I bought an engagement ring in December at this jewelry store I bought the diamond ring here and liked the bands that fit with the ring I was going to wait till March like I was told to get the bands and use my santa bucks that I earned in December because I would save money turns out Santa Bucks started in January not March and the salesman were very pushy here So I got the ring and went to the Norfork Nebraska Kay jewelry store to use my santa bucks and get my band that I picked out earlier in Sioux City The band that was supposed to fit was the wrong band Sioux City Kay jewelers lied to me about the band so I had to pick out a different band in Norfolk I picked out a different band and then when it came into the store it apparently was the wrong band again and I had to get another band it took three months to get my ring back I wanted to return the ring because of the issues I was tired of dealing with Kay jewelers they would not take the ring back because it was over the 60 day return policy they had my ring for almost 3 months before I actually received it. So I had to keep a ring that I liked with the band I never did want corporate was very sorry they only gave me $500 back wouldn't return the ring and wouldn't call me back for a month Kay is a bad store and chain overall. Not very happy. They have lost my buisness. I am not the only one with issues
